1. General Rules & Regulations

Campers must vacate their site by noon on departure day and can only check in after 2PM.
Gate Access & Hours

The main gates are open from 8 AM – 10 PM.

During quiet hours (11 PM – 7 AM), the gates are locked.
-
Emergency Access: Gates will only be opened for serious emergencies (ambulance, police, fire). Campers must discuss alternate access options with the camp host if needed.
Registration & Permits
-
All campers, guests, and visitors must check in with the camp host.
-
Vehicles staying overnight require a camping permit, including those parked in pull-out areas or parking lots.
-
Vehicles must be parked only within designated areas or at personal camping sites.
-
Roads must always be kept clear for emergency access.
2. Campsite Use & Behavior
Length of Stay

Campers can stay a maximum of 14 consecutive days.
-
After 14 days, campers must leave for at least 72 hours before returning.
Prohibited Activities & Restrictions
-
No building of long-term structures (ropes, tarps, or permanent setups must be removed).
-
No damaging trees (cutting, burning, or nailing into trees is prohibited).
-
No graffiti or markings on any wooden structures, rocks, or trees.
-
No moving site equipment (picnic tables and fire rings are positioned for safety).
Weapons & Fireworks

Prohibited Items: Fireworks, firearms, bows, crossbows, BB guns, airsoft guns, pellet guns, slingshots, and traps.
Alcohol, Cannabis & Smoking

Allowed only within individual campsites.
-
Strictly prohibited in all common areas, including roadways, trails, beaches, and outhouses.
Site Cleanliness

Campers must leave their site as clean as they found it.
-
Boats cannot be anchored to land—they must be at least 50 feet from shore or kept on a trailer.
3. Visitor & Age Restrictions
Unpaid Visitors

All unpaid visitors must leave by 9:30 PM.
Age Restrictions

Minors under 19 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Pet Policy
Pet Behavior & Supervision
-
Pets must be quiet, well-behaved, and under control at all times.
-
Leashes Required: Pets must be on a leash at all times to prevent conflicts with wildlife, other pets, or campers.

No Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left alone at a campsite or inside a camping unit.

Cleaning Up: Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
-
No Aggressive Behavior or Excessive Barking will be tolerated.
5. Speed Limit & Bicycle Rules

Helmet Use: Helmets are required for bicycles and off-road vehicles.
6. Garbage & Environmental Rules
Garbage Disposal

Pack-in, Pack-out Policy:

No garbage collection on-site. Campers must take their trash with them.
-
Fire rings and campsites must be kept free of garbage and wildlife attractants.

Improper Disposal Prohibited:
-
No garbage in outhouses.
-
Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Fire rings, bushes, and roadways are not ashtrays.
-
Food waste (tea bags, fruit scraps, etc.) should not be left in bushes—it attracts wildlife.

7. Campfire & Fire Regulations
Fire Restrictions

Maximum fire size: 19” x 19” (50 cm x 50 cm) within designated fire rings.
-
Prohibited Materials: Do not burn painted wood, treated wood, plywood, pallets, wood with nails, plastic, or chemicals.
-
Propane Pits: Must be used only within campsites and never on beaches, trails, or common areas.
-
Fire Supervision:
-
All fires, including propane pits and candles, must be attended at all times.
-
Fires must be completely out when leaving the campsite (coals must be cool to the touch).
-

Fire Bans: Campers must follow all fire bans and wildfire regulations.
-
Violations: Campers will be fined, evicted, and permanently banned for having fires during a ban.

8. Quiet Hours & Noise Restrictions

Quiet Time: 10 PM – 8 AM.
-
Generators: Only allowed from 9 AM – 11 AM and 6 PM – 8 PM.

No excessive noise or disturbances at any time.
9. Reservations & Payment Policies
Booking Rules

Maximum stay: 14 days.
-
Reservations must be occupied each night.
-
Minimum Booking Requirements:

2-night minimum for all reservations.
-
3-night minimum for long weekends.
-

Online reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking (credit card only).
-
First Come-First Served (FCFS) sites are cash only.
-
Reservation Fee is as Follows
- $17 Single Site
- $25 Double Site
- $30 Triple Site
-
Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Cancellations must be made 15+ days before arrival to receive a refund (excluding the reservation fee).
-
Reservation fees are non-refundable.
-
No refunds for:
-
Weather, smoke, medical reasons, personal schedule changes, early departures, or campsite evictions.
-
No-Show Policy
-
If a reserved site is not occupied by 10 PM the same day, it will be forfeited and made available for FCFS campers.
-
No refunds for no-shows.
Booking Restrictions
-
One site per identity. If multiple sites are reserved under the same name, the bookings may be canceled.
10. Special Discounts
Senior & PWD (Persons With Disabilities) Discounts
-
50% off camping fees (only for FCFS sites).
-
No discounts on reservations.
-
Eligibility Requirements:

Must present valid photo ID.
-
Must be designated as a PWD by the BC Ministry OR be 65+ years old.

11. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Recreation Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC) Rules

The campsite is managed under Recreation Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC) regulations.
-
Campers must comply with BC’s Forest and Range Practices Act (FRPA), which governs land use, forest planning, and conservation efforts.
